Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified Surveyor to join a construction and land development team in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing precise land surveys, construction layout works, and topographic mapping to support infrastructure and building projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys and boundary determinations using advanced surveying instruments
• Perform construction layout works including setting out, alignment, and elevation control
• Operate and maintain Total Stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and other surveying tools
• Prepare accurate survey drawings, reports, and data for engineering teams
• Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to ensure precise project execution
• Verify measurements and ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations
• Maintain detailed survey records and documentation for quality assurance

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering
• 3–8 years of hands-on experience in land surveying and construction layout works
• Proven proficiency in Total Station operation and data collection
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, geodesy, and coordinate systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and site plans
• Familiarity with surveying software and CAD applications
