We are seeking a System Analyst (Java) to join our team in Oman. This role is open exclusively to Local Omani Nationals holding a valid Family Book. The position involves analyzing, designing, and supporting Java-based enterprise systems to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Java-based applications.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy system solutions using Java technologies and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and streamline workflows.
- Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Document system architecture, processes, and user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies and recommend improvements for existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection policies.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users and technical staff.
Requirements
- Omani National with a valid Family Book.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system analysis and Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate) and relational databases.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
