Role Overview

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced Assistant Outlet Manager for its Lebanese restaurant in Kuwait. This role supports the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service and quality in a fine-dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cost management.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, hosts, and support staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons' brand standards, health codes, and safety regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
• Monitor and optimize table turnover, reservation management, and guest flow.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets for the outlet.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a high-end restaurant, preferably in a Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine setting.
• Proven ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a guest-centric mindset.
• Familiarity with Lebanese cuisine and dining culture is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
