Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Guest Experience Expert to join our Front Desk team in Kuwait. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for all guests, delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
- Manage efficient check-in and check-out procedures while handling guest inquiries and requests
- Coordinate with Rooms & Guest Services Operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotional offers
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Handle billing, invoices, and payment processing with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk, guest services, or hospitality roles preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse guests
- Professional appearance and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with hotel management and property management systems is an advantage
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus
