About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer (Ex-Serviceman) to join our security team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of security experience in a manufacturing company, with a strong background in vigilance, surveillance, and asset protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control employee movement within the facility
• Oversee material and vehicle movement in and out of the premises
• Manage and monitor the scrap yard to prevent theft and unauthorized access
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems to ensure constant surveillance
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify security risks
• Report any security incidents or breaches to management
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Coordinate with local authorities when required

Qualifications

• Any Graduate degree
• Ex-Serviceman with honorable discharge
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company security role
• Strong understanding of security protocols and surveillance systems
• Excellent observation and reporting skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends

Preferred Skills

• Experience in CCTV monitoring and security systems
• Knowledge of material and vehicle movement procedures
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
• First aid or fire safety certification is a plus
