Position: Waiter

We are seeking professional, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters to join our team. As a Waiter at The Meat Co., you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service, menu knowledge, and genuine hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Provide detailed menu recommendations, including wine pairings and specials.
• Ensure timely delivery and presentation of all orders.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with the team to uphold the restaurant’s high standards of service and ambiance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in a fine-dining or upscale casual restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Multilingual ability (Arabic/English) is an asset.
• Valid work eligibility for Bahrain.
