We are seeking a seasoned Principal Investor Relations & ESG professional to lead strategic communications with institutional investors and drive our environmental, social, and governance agenda. This role demands a results-oriented leader who can articulate complex financial narratives and enhance shareholder value through transparent, data-driven engagement.

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies, including quarterly earnings calls, roadshows, and annual general meetings
• Manage ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and integrate sustainability metrics into corporate communications
• Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and peer benchmarks to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts, institutional investors, and rating agencies
• Prepare board-level presentations and investor materials with precision and clarity

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or capital markets
• Deep understanding of ESG standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus
• Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
