Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally from our base in Muscat, Oman. This role is central to driving revenue growth, preparing budgets, and analyzing sales performance across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate sales activities for both local and regional markets.
• Prepare sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures in line with company targets.
• Track and analyze sales statistics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed set goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Oman market.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in a sales and marketing environment.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for managing regional teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage for the local market.
• Willingness to travel within Oman as needed.
