About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Muscat. In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Business Development or Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Core Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of the marketing strategy across digital, print, and event channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support content creation for social media, email newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the Marketing Manager.
- Help organize and manage corporate events, trade shows, and client-facing activities.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, asset libraries, and CRM databases.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing collateral with pipeline needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing coordination or similar support role.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
