Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tender Assistant to support the bid management process for a leading civil engineering training institute in Morocco. This role is essential for coordinating tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and contributing to the growth of the organization's project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tender documents, specifications, and conditions to extract key requirements.
- Prepare and compile accurate bid submissions, including technical and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, finance, legal) to gather necessary documentation and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a central database of tenders, deadlines, and submission statuses.
- Assist in contract negotiation and follow-up post-award.
- Monitor public and private tender portals for new opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tender assistance, procurement, or bid coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.
- Excellent command of French and Arabic; English is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
