What You'll Own

• Provide expert diagnostic interpretation of hematologic malignancies, anemias, coagulopathies, and bone marrow disorders
• Report directly to the Division Chief of Hematopathology, contributing to strategic clinical direction and quality standards
• Integrate morphologic, immunophenotypic, cytogenetic, and molecular data into comprehensive diagnostic reports
• Collaborate with clinical teams across hematology, oncology, and transplant services to guide treatment decisions
• Maintain compliance with institutional protocols, accreditation standards, and evidence-based best practices
• Participate in quality assurance programs, peer review processes, and continuing medical education initiatives

What You Bring

• Doctorate Degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification or eligibility in hematopathology or anatomic/clinical pathology with hematopathology fellowship training
• Deep proficiency in peripheral blood smear interpretation, bone marrow pathology, flow cytometry, and molecular hematopathology
• Strong analytical reasoning and the ability to synthesize complex multi-modal data under clinical time constraints
• Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary collaboration with oncologists, hematologists, and laboratory teams
• A commitment to diagnostic accuracy that goes beyond meeting benchmarks — you set them
