Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Corporate Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a robust portfolio of 150+ corporate client accounts, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of over 150 corporate client accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Business Development: Proactively identify and capitalize on business expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, providing expert guidance and swift resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Dispute Resolution: Efficiently handle complex client disputes and declined transactions, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Application Processing: Manage and process corporate card applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial products to clients.
• Account Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions, transactions, and account modifications within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in corporate account management, banking, or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of 150+ accounts simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, particularly in handling disputes and declined transactions.
• Proficiency in processing card applications and understanding financial product offerings.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all administrative tasks.
