Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations to high-net-worth clients seeking luxury watches and premium accessories
- Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets on a consistent basis
- Maintain deep product knowledge of watch brands, movements, materials, and craftsmanship details
- Build and nurture a loyal client base through exceptional after-sales service and follow-up
- Ensure the sales floor is impeccably presented, reflecting the brand's luxury standards
- Process transactions accurately and handle inventory with strict attention to detail
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging luxury consumer preferences
- Collaborate with the team to create a seamless and elevated shopping experience
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium accessories
- Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and high-end customer expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to engage, advise, and close sales with affluent clientele
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Flexibility to work retail shifts, including weekends and peak shopping periods
- Passion for watches, fashion, or luxury goods with a keen eye for detail
