What You'll Own

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all field installation and maintenance activities for consumer electronics products
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimal downtime
• Track work orders, service-level agreements, and completion timelines with meticulous accuracy
• Serve as the central point of communication between field teams, management, and customers
• Identify bottlenecks in operational workflows and implement process improvements proactively
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance histories, inventory levels, and service reports
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure parts and equipment availability
• Generate performance reports and KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making

What You Bring

• Proven experience in operations coordination, field service management, or a closely related role
