Job Overview

This is a remote position, ideal for candidates based in Tunisia or elsewhere who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to top-tier tech clients like Mastercard, Calm, and MacPaw.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, multilingual customer support via email, chat, and phone in fluent German and English.
• Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and escalations with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and data privacy standards while handling sensitive information.

Required Qualifications

• Language: Native or fluent German (C1/C2) and professional English proficiency.
• Experience: Prior experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Tech: Comfortable using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and remote collaboration software.
