What You'll Own

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization's Cyber GRC framework across all entities
• Lead risk assessments, compliance audits, and security policy development aligned with industry standards
• Collaborate with IT leadership and business units to embed governance practices into daily operations
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the organization remains ahead of compliance obligations
• Produce clear, actionable risk reports for senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Drive security awareness initiatives and support incident response planning from a governance perspective

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a GRC or cybersecurity advisory role within a complex organizational environment
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical risk into business language
• Excellent communication skills — you can present to a boardroom and collaborate with engineers equally well
• A proactive, structured approach to problem-solving and a refusal to settle for surface-level solutions
