About the Internship Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our growing team in Tunis. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and develop valuable professional skills within one of the leading delivery platforms globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and contribute to ongoing projects across various departments
• Assist team members with research, data analysis, and reporting tasks
• Participate in team meetings and provide creative input on process improvements
• Help coordinate internal and external communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals
• Prepare presentations, documents, and reports as needed
• Gain exposure to real-world business challenges in the tech and delivery industry

Qualifications & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for technology, innovation, and the delivery/e-commerce sector
• Fluency in French and/or English is required; Arabic is a plus
