We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor (also referred to as Legal Counsel, Corporate Lawyer, or Contract Specialist) to join a professional team based in Qatar. This role focuses on comprehensive contract lifecycle management, legal risk assessment, and regulatory compliance advisory across multiple agreement types. The successful candidate will play a central part in safeguarding the organization's legal interests through meticulous contract drafting, legal due diligence, and stakeholder consultation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and commercial agreements.
- Prepare and finalize Lease Agreements for property and facility management.
- Structure and review Consultancy Agreements with external advisors and service providers.
- Handle Construction Agreements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
- Draft and negotiate Retail Agreements for commercial operations.
- Manage Supply and Installation Agreements, covering procurement and technical delivery terms.
- Provide ongoing legal guidance to internal departments on contractual obligations and risk mitigation.
- Maintain organized records of all executed agreements and legal correspondence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher legal qualification.
- Proven experience in contract law and commercial agreement management.
- Strong understanding of Qatari legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to negotiate terms effectively while protecting organizational interests.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and documentation.
