Role Overview

This is a graduate-level Structural Engineer position open to Bahraini nationals. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team involved in the design, analysis, and delivery of structural engineering projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems for buildings, infrastructure, and civil works projects
• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical reports under the supervision of senior engineers
• Support project delivery from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with international standards and local codes
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Conduct site inspections and provide structural input during construction phases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited university
• Recent graduate or entry-level professional
• Strong academic foundation in structural analysis, reinforced concrete design, and steel structures
• Proficiency in engineering software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar tools is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
