We are hiring a Credit Maintenance Analyst (also known as Credit Data Analyst, Credit Operations Specialist, or Credit Facilities Administrator) to join a financial services team based in Tunis, Tunisia. This is an entry-level position within the banking and credit management sector, focused on accurately capturing and maintaining credit-related data across internal systems. Key Responsibilities
- Capture and record data related to credit exposure, obligors, and facility details in relevant credit systems.
- Coordinate with credit officers and risk management teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness across all portfolios.
- Update and maintain facility records, including limits, collateral details, and covenant tracking.
- Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports on credit portfolio status for internal stakeholders.
- Verify obligor information and ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
- Support the credit review process by preparing documentation and organizing facility files.
- Identify discrepancies in credit records and escalate issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
- Assist in system upgrades and data migration projects related to credit platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, banking, economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data with accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with banking or credit systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French and Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
