Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students
• Plan and implement differentiated instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Monitor and assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to enhance educational outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement and development
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Proven teaching experience at Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 level
• In-depth understanding of the National Curriculum framework
• Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
• Strong references from previous educational roles
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
