Role Overview
As a Commercial Business Developer at Monad, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth and strategic partnerships. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and position Monad's AI-powered solutions as the go-to choice for organizations undergoing digital transformation. This is a high-impact role suited to a proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new leads and business opportunities across target markets in Algeria and the broader region.
- Build and maintain long-term, high-value client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and untapped market segments.
- Collaborate closely with the AI product and engineering teams to align commercial offerings with client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial pitches tailored to diverse audiences.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and partnership terms to maximize value for both clients and Monad.
- Represent Monad at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership.
Requirements
Hard Skills & Qualifications
- Significant proven experience in a commercial, business development, or sales role, ideally within the technology or AI sector.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, SaaS platforms, and enterprise software solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Fluency in both French and Arabic is essential; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
