We are hiring a Machine Operator in Algeria to oversee production equipment and ensure that all finished products meet strict quality and hygiene standards. About the Role

As a Machine Operator (also known as Production Machine Operator, Industrial Machine Technician, or Equipment Operator), you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, performing routine maintenance checks, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety and hygiene regulations. This position is based in Algeria and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise machine operation and all attached peripheral equipment during production runs
• Monitor output quality to ensure the final product meets required quality and hygiene standards
• Perform daily machine setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality deviations to the production supervisor immediately
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with hygiene standards
• Document production data, machine logs, and maintenance records accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience as a machine operator, production operator, or equipment technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Solid understanding of machine operation, calibration, and basic repair procedures
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and hygiene compliance standards
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals, production schedules, and SOPs
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect product defects quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in shifts if required by the production schedule

Key Skills & Competencies

This role demands proficiency in machine calibration, quality control inspection, preventive maintenance, production line monitoring, and workplace safety compliance. Familiarity with automated production systems and industrial equipment is a strong advantage.
