Job Description Monitor teams processes to make sure they uphold
HSE and Quality standard.Risk management.Discuss quality-related
issues with the production team.Act as the line manager for the
direct report and coaching to pursue quality improvement in their
work at all times.Coordinate work plan with supervisor and
ClientsAttend all meetings required by ClientsMake sure to uphold
agreed on plansFollow up work progress for all operations
Day-to-dayDaily report for work progressFollow up with teams and
clients as per requiredKeep record of operations workAny other
tasks assigned by supervisor Job Requirements Bsc degree in
Telecommunication Sector (Electronics, Telecommunications,
Computer science or IT).Excellent organizational skillsGood
knowledge of Telecommunications equipment Plus1+ years of
experience in administration, management or
telecommunicationsExperiences in dealing with Telecommunications
sectors is bonus (ZTE,Huawei.Ericsson…)Knowledge in Microsoft
Office tools, have capacity to learn company`s own systemBe
available to follow up work/plan changes.Good command of written
and spoken English and ArabicCapacity to integrate and implement
policies and proceduresEager to learn and adaptCan work
independently with minimum supervision, is good at assessing and
