We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to
support our monitoring and evaluation projects as an associate in
Tripoli (location flexible within Libya with frequent travels to
Tunis office). The ideal candidate will have 23 years’
experience working on monitoring and evaluation and/or research
projects for an international organization, research institute,
consultancy, or university. Your Ethics You put honesty above

collaboration with Voluntas colleagues and external
partnersParticipating in methodology design (including scoping,
sampling, instrument development, and analytical
frameworks)Leading log frame reviews, monitoring activities,
research, analysis, and reportingDrafting and presenting clear
policy and/or program recommendations for high-level
clientsActing as a focal point with our local partners and key
stakeholdersSupporting business developmentSupporting and
mentoring junior staff based across different offices Main
Competencies Intellectual curiosity and inquisitivenessStrong
project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal
skillsResults- and quality-oriented mindsetHigh level of personal
initiative, accountability, and a strong work ethicAbility to
work independently as well as within a teamExcellent written and
spoken English and ArabicGood knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
(Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Masters in economics, political science,
sociology, international development, law, or relevant field
Advantage: Proven experience in leading monitoring and evaluation
activities as part of larger bi- and multilateral donor
programsDemonstrated experience with data management and/or
statistical analysis software (SPSS, STATA, or R)Knowledge of
research methods for social science (sampling, weighting, data
cleaning and management, descriptive statistics, inference
analysis)Familiarity with data visualization (Excel, Tableau, or
