currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer
to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a Site Engineer. The
ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical
Engineering, a minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP projects,
and at least 5 years of experience in executing construction and
engineering works in similar projects. Proficiency in using
planning and engineering design software is also
required. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee Mechanical
projects on-site, ensuring compliance with project requirements,
timelines, and budget. Coordinate and collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams, including MEP engineers, contractors,
and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor
site progress, identify and address any issues or delays, and
implement necessary corrective actions. Ensure adherence to
quality standards, building codes, regulations, and industry best
practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their project
objectives, provide design recommendations, and address any
concerns. Prepare and review architectural drawings,
specifications, and other project documentation, including
as-built drawings. Utilize planning and engineering design
software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) to create and modify
architectural plans and designs. Conduct regular site visits to
monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and
ensure compliance with design intent. Manage project budgets,
track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to
stakeholders. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing
guidance and support as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's
degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 7 years of
experience in MEP projects. At least 5 years of experience in
executing construction and engineering works in similar
projects. Proficiency in using planning and engineering design
software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant
software. Strong knowledge of architectural design principles,
building systems, and construction processes. Familiarity with
relevant building codes, regulations, and industry
standards. Excellent project management skills, including the
ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet
deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to collaborate with diverse
stakeholders. Detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving
abilities. Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and
guide junior team members. KSA and GCC experience
preferred. Experience in creating as-built drawings. If you are
