As a professional real estate agent, your job is to conduct
market research to determine the value of properties and provide
informed advice to your clients on effective pricing strategies.
Additionally, you are responsible for creating and maintaining
listings for available properties that include high-quality
photos and detailed descriptions. To provide insightful advice to
your clients, staying up-to-date with the local real estate
market and industry trends is crucial. As part of your job, you
should also maintain an extensive network of contacts, including
potential buyers, sellers, and industry professionals, to help
you navigate the market successfully. Requirements: 1. The
candidate must be interested in cold calling and other
professional networking means to secure listings. 2. Basic
knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry is
necessary. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are
required. 4. The candidate should be able to work independently
and within a team. 5. Proficiency in using real estate databases
and software is a must. 6. Excellent time management and
organizational skills are essential. 7. The candidate must hold
a valid real estate license in the UAE. Salary AED 2000 :
