REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in the arcade entertainment industry.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Professional, well-groomed, and presentable.
Strong experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining arcade games, simulators, and redemption machines.
Good knowledge of electronic components, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose and repair faults in arcade games and entertainment machines.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on arcade equipment.
Install, test, and calibrate new machines and systems.
Monitor machine performance and ensure maximum uptime.
Maintain maintenance records and report technical issues.
Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards.
PREFERRED
Previous experience with major arcade brands and simulator systems.
Technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
