Job Overview

As an Officer-Loss Prevention, you will be responsible for safeguarding property assets, ensuring guest and employee safety, and maintaining a secure environment. This role is critical in preventing theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, including public spaces, guest floors, and back-of-house areas.
• Assist guests with room access and respond to security-related requests.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems and perimeter alarms to detect suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and security protocols.
• Physical fitness to patrol and stand for extended periods.
