About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait, specializing in the food manufacturing industry. This role focuses on overseeing quality control of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality benchmarks and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our production facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality control activities across all stages of food production.
• Monitor raw material quality upon receipt and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Inspect manufacturing processes to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular audits of production lines to enforce hygiene and safety standards.
• Document and report quality metrics, non-conformances, and root cause analyses.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Train and guide junior quality staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience in quality control of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Effective communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
