About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled audit specialist to join our team in Bahrain, focusing on delivering comprehensive audit services that include removing violations with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism (Moict) and from Sijlat, as well as preparing and submitting financial reports to Moict. As a best auditor, you will manage both internal and external audit assignments, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Identify and remove violations with Moict in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory protocols.
- Clear violations from the Sijlat system to restore compliance status for clients.
- Prepare and submit detailed financial reports to Moict within strict deadlines, following prescribed formats.
- Conduct thorough internal audits to evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
- Perform external audits to verify the accuracy of financial statements and operational data, providing assurance to stakeholders.
- Deliver audit services at competitive prices while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
- Develop audit plans, programs, and procedures tailored to each client's specific needs and industry.
- Document audit findings, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on changes in Bahraini regulatory requirements and auditing standards.
- Assist in audit fieldwork, substantive testing, and control testing as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in audit services, specifically handling Moict and Sijlat violations in Bahrain.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulatory compliance, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously.
- Professional certification in auditing or accounting (e.g., CPA, CIA, ACCA) is preferred.
- Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
