Job Overview

Join our Hotels team as a Mini Bar Attendant, where exceptional hospitality starts with you. In this role, you will brighten guests' days by ensuring their in-room mini bar experience is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish mini bars in guest rooms with beverages, snacks, and amenities according to hotel standards.
• Inspect mini bar inventory daily, checking expiration dates and product quality.
• Process guest charges accurately, maintaining detailed records and billing for consumed items.
• Communicate with front desk and housekeeping teams to coordinate restocking schedules and special guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bar storage areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged goods to the supervisor.
• Provide friendly and prompt service, addressing guest inquiries about mini bar items and charges.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel food and beverage service, preferably as a mini bar attendant or in room service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory and billing accurately.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-first attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during restocking tasks.
