Core Responsibilities

• Efficiently transport food and beverages from the kitchen to assigned tables, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and temperature.
• Collaborate seamlessly with chefs, waitstaff, and management to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations, including polishing silverware, folding napkins, and restocking supplies.
• Communicate guest special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen team accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to hygiene and sanitation protocols.
• Support fellow team members with table clearing, water service, and any additional tasks to enhance the guest experience.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Runner, Food Runner, or in a similar Front of House role within a luxury restaurant or hotel.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a five-star environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of fine dining service etiquette and sequence of service.
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine and wine service is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.
