Role Overview

This position leads the development and deployment of category strategies that drive business growth, in-market excellence, and competitive advantage. The role manages cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and data-driven planning to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive market strategies and category plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and consumer trend assessments to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
• Monitor market dynamics and adjust plans proactively to maintain competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategy with execution.
• Define KPIs and performance metrics to track strategy effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience in market strategy, category management, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities.
• Deep understanding of competitive landscapes and consumer behavior.

Preferred:

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in the regional market (Qatar/GCC).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
