We are seeking a dedicated Security and Prevention Agent to join our team in Algiers. The primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property through vigilant patrols and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property including guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house to deter and detect security issues.
• Assist guests with room access and resolve any security-related concerns.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) systems and perimeter alarms to identify suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, following established procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing security policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in security, loss prevention, or a related field.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or French; Arabic is a plus.
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of security equipment such as CCTV systems and alarm systems.

Additional Information

This position is based in Algiers, Algeria. The role involves shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Algeria.
