About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Multi-Property Assistant EBC Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will support the EBC (Event Booking Center) operations across multiple properties, ensuring seamless coordination between departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will act as a key liaison between Sales, Data Administration, Accounting, and other teams to resolve guest inquiries and optimize booking processes.

Core Responsibilities

• Contact appropriate individuals or departments (e.g., Sales, Data Administration, Accounting) as necessary to resolve guest calls and inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate event booking activities across multiple properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all communications.
• Monitor and manage booking systems to maintain data integrity and streamline operations.
• Assist in training and supporting team members on EBC protocols and customer service standards.
• Generate reports on booking trends, guest feedback, and operational performance for management review.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align booking strategies with promotional campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, event management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and internal teams.
• Proficiency in booking software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-property or multi-brand hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of revenue management principles and upselling techniques.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
