Job Overview

Join our Hotels team as a Food & Beverage Captain and deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest. In this role, you will oversee dining operations, lead service teams, and ensure a seamless, memorable dining experience. Your passion for guest satisfaction and attention to detail will set the standard for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage service, ensuring all standards are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver top-tier hospitality.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, linens, and service equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role within a hotel or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, wine pairing, and menu presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proven leadership ability with a focus on team development.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred.
