Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Supervisor - Food & Beverage to oversee the daily operations of our F&B department. In this role, you will ensure that every guest receives friendly, professional, and efficient service while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. You will assist in supervising and guiding team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, including managing service flow and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Assist in supervising and guiding team members, providing training and feedback to maintain service excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and assist in ordering and stock rotation.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with hotel policies and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the F&B manager to plan and execute special events, promotions, and menu changes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or restaurant F&B environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including wine and cocktail service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary certification preferred.
