Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Contracts to lead all contract negotiations and administration within our LNG trading division, including re-gasification activities. This senior leadership role is based in Doha, Qatar and requires deep expertise in the energy and LNG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract negotiations for LNG trading and re-gasification agreements.
• Lead and mentor a team of contract professionals to ensure compliance and optimal terms.
• Develop and implement contract strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee contract administration, risk assessment, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with trading, legal, and finance teams to streamline processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management within the LNG, oil & gas, or energy trading industry.
• Proven track record in leading contract negotiations for large-scale LNG transactions.
• Strong knowledge of re-gasification and LNG supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment in Qatar.
