About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food Service Sales Manager to lead and expand our food service channel across Qatar. Reporting directly to the Head of the Region, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key distribution partners, and strengthening our market presence in the Qatari food service industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the food service sector in Qatar.
- Manage and nurture relationships with distribution partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and optimal channel performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional food service operators.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and promotional activities for the local market.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
- Lead negotiations, contracts, and pricing agreements with key accounts and distributors.
- Provide training and support to distribution partner sales teams to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the food service industry, preferably within the Gulf region.
- Strong understanding of the Qatari food service market, including key players, channels, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with food service distribution networks in Qatar or the wider GCC.
- Knowledge of HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sales dynamics.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Valid Qatari driving license.
