What You'll Own

• Prepare and maintain villa interiors to the exacting standards of Six Senses, ensuring every surface, fixture, and amenity reflects luxury hospitality
• Execute thorough cleaning protocols across bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces with consistency and care
• Inspect each villa before guest arrival, identifying and resolving any deficiencies proactively
• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies according to brand specifications without being asked
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment faults immediately to the appropriate department
• Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping supervisors, butlers, and guest experience teams to deliver a flawless stay
• Uphold Six Senses sustainability practices in all daily operations, from chemical usage to waste management
• Respond to guest requests and special preferences with discretion, warmth, and speed

What You Bring

• Experience in luxury housekeeping, villa attendant, or high-end hospitality cleaning roles
• A meticulous eye for detail — you notice what others overlook
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks throughout a full shift in a resort environment
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize independently
• Professional demeanor and respect for guest privacy at all times
• Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a remote resort setting
