Role Overview

As the Assistant Front Office Manager at Six Senses Zighy Bay, you will embody the resort's vision of reconnecting guests with themselves, others, and the world. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations, including check-in/out, concierge, and guest relations

• Train and mentor front desk team on service excellence and luxury resort protocols
• Manage room inventory and collaborate with housekeeping for perfect guest room readiness
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores
• Participate in revenue management and upselling strategies to maximize hotel profitability
• Maintain safety and security procedures and emergency response readiness

Qualifications & Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of front office supervisory experience in a luxury hotel or resort
• Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of yoga and wellness practices is a plus, aligning with the Six Senses brand
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian) highly valued
