We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer with strong expertise in Incident Reporting & Investigation to join our team in Qatar.

Key Requirements

• Education: Graduate Degree
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
• Conduct thorough incident reporting and root cause investigation for all workplace accidents and near-misses
• Perform regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Ensure full compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards
• Deliver HSE training programs and safety awareness sessions to all staff members
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and statistical reports
• Lead emergency response drills and coordinate evacuation procedures
• Collaborate with management to promote a proactive safety culture across the organization

Required Skills & Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
• Proven ability in incident investigation methodologies and corrective action planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification is highly preferred
