Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Projects Performance & Reporting Analyst to drive portfolio and project reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is based in Qatar and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record in project performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance project and portfolio performance dashboards and reports
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management and key stakeholders
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple projects and flag deviations
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely data collection
• Support the development of standardized reporting frameworks and templates
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on project delivery
• Facilitate data quality assurance and validation processes
• Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and performance summaries
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management office (PMO)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in project performance analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reports and visualizations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working within a PMO or project portfolio environment is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Primavera is an advantage
