Key Responsibilities

• Issue materials against approved requisitions and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Receive, verify, and process material requests and related documentation.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill requests efficiently and on time.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all material handling processes.
• Prepare regular reports on material transactions and inventory status.
