As a Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team and developing strategic initiatives to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue across all segments (corporate, leisure, groups, and events).
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and travel agencies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management within the luxury hospitality industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and hotel property management systems.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities; strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
