Job Title: Warehouse & Logistic Supervisor Work LOCATION: Libya (
Local travel to various worksites is required ). Report to: Head
of PMO Department: PMO Job Overview: Alwadi Communications &
Information Technology established in 2005, offering site
supervision services. Since then, in response to market demand
and change, Alwadi-Coms started adding more solutions and
services to its portfolio, including network rollout services and
RF planning and optimization. We are looking for talented and
motivated candidates to join our professional team. MAIN
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Synchronizing with vendor responsible
and Material KittingMaking material ready to be
transportedHelping field Logistic team for smooth material
loading/unloading (only in WH), in case of any delta IM should be
informedKeeping track of Delivered Material vs Returned
MaterialUpdating Logistic tracker and sharing with PMO Head and
IM, on daily basisManual recordings (File system)Raising Flag, in
case if some item of daily usage is being short in near
futureSuper Excellent relationship with customers
representatives.Plan, coordinate and monitor the shipment while
dispatching & returned back.Keep stock control systems up to date
and make sure inventories are accurate.Produce regular reports
and statistics on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.Site Access
arrangement : checking phone number from server (Survey reports +
Master Tracker) or visiting site, in case of any issue (no
access/Access letter is required), Implementation Manager should
be called immediatelyBest utilizationof resources to deliver from
/ to sites – WH.Making Sure that below tasks are being
implemented smoothly using delivery team Including: Crane
arrangementMaterial delivery on site with assigned
resourcesMaterial Hand over document signed from Site
supervisorMaterial return back to WHOwner Satisfaction
formInforming Implementation Manager, in case of any issue during
material delivery/return back or site is not cleaned upSite
Clean-up PicturesArchiving Data on server (Owner Satisfaction
