Responsibilities
Communicate to make
decisions regarding operational activities and set strategic
objectives.
Planning and monitoring the workflow on a daily
basis to ensure work is easy and without obstacles.
Supervising
operating staff in various branches and providing constructive
feedback
Regularly evaluate the efficiency of work processes in
accordance with organizational objectives and make suggestions
for improvements.
Supervising and organizing customer support
operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Reviewing,
formulating, improving and implementing policies.
Managing
relationships and agreements with external partners.
Evaluate
overall performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting
data and metrics.
Ensuring that the institution applies
applicable laws, legislation and
regulations.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a
similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong
organizational and communication skills
Strong ability to
