Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Equipment QC Engineer to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment meets rigorous quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong background in engineering, quality control, and technical inspection within a Gulf-based industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality inspections of equipment and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and checklists for equipment testing and validation.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and supplier certifications to verify conformance.
• Coordinate with project teams and contractors to resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all QC activities.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure consistent quality of incoming equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a relevant trade discipline.
• Previous Gulf experience is mandatory, with familiarity of regional standards and practices.
• Proven experience in equipment quality control within construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of inspection techniques, testing methods, and quality management systems.

• Proficiency in using QC tools, measuring instruments, and relevant software.
