Job Overview

Lear Corporation, a global automotive technology leader in Seating and E-Systems, is seeking a C&LP Process Engineer for its Kenitra ES Plant in Morocco. This role is critical to driving operational excellence and supporting the future of automotive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize continuous improvement and lean production (C&LP) processes within the plant.
• Analyze manufacturing workflows to identify waste reduction and efficiency improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Monitor process performance metrics and drive corrective actions to meet production goals.
• Support the deployment of standard work, 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in process simulation tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural setting.
